On Thursday, Circle Squared Alternative Investments, The PRC Group of Cos., Del-Sano Contracting Corp., alongside Jersey City and New Jersey City University (NJCU), hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of City Line West, the latest luxury apartment building to open as part of the $400 million-plus University Place redevelopment area.
Located at 33 University Place Blvd., the 132,000-square-foot development will offer 144 units comprising studio and one- and two-bedroom floorplans outfitted with upscale amenities and technology.
Following the ribbon-cutting for City Line West, the group also put shovels to dirt to celebrate the groundbreaking of the next phase of the luxury, multifamily project – City Line East.
Larger than City Line West, its sister development, City Line East will boast 198 luxury units outfitted with smart home technology, high-end finishings and other amenities. The complex will also encompass a total of 8,564 square feet of space dedicated for retail.
“The joint venture we’ve formed with PRC has yielded incredible results here and we could not be more thankful to have a partner such as them to bring City Line to life,” said Jeff Sica, president and Chief Executive Officer of Circle Squared Alternative Investments.
Each of the units comprising City Line West will offer advanced technologies, including smartphone door access, smart thermostats and Amazon Alexa Ready on selected switches; high-end kitchens; decorative tiling and stainless-steel appliances; upscale bathrooms; and decorative lighting.
