HAP Marketing Services, which has been providing marketing, public relations, trade show support and logistics services for over 30 years, signed a long-term lease in a build-to-suit opportunity with Stavola Realty Corporation.
The 29,440-square-foot office and logistics facility is located on the corner of Shafto Road and Wayside Road backing up to the Garden State Parkway and Route 18, and offers numerous features including 28-foot ceiling heights, reinforced concrete construction, ESFR fire suppression, LED lighting, tailboard and drive-in loading, column-free units and abundant parking.
Peter Ladas, senior vice president, and Gary Politi, senior vice president, with JLL represented HAP Marketing. Gary Vialonga, President of Stavola Realty Company, represented the Landlord in the transaction.
