The partnership recently commenced a comprehensive redevelopment program for the site of 466 Springfield Avenue, beginning with demolition of an existing structure. In its place, the partnership will develop a brand new, four-story, mixed-use building designed to complement the surrounding architecture of downtown Summit, with 85-feet of frontage along Springfield Avenue. The partnership will incorporate energy-efficient windows, as well as cutting-edge building mechanicals with an energy management system, MRY said in a statement.
