Those overseeing leasing at the two-tower property include JLL’s Frank Recine, executive managing director; Derek DeMartino, senior vice president; and Nicolas DeCotiis, associate. Located at 150 Clove Road, Overlook Corporate Center recently underwent a major renovation and upgrade.

The property is located on Route 46 with access to major roadways including the Garden State Parkway and New Jersey Turnpike. The 415,000-square-foot commercial property has an 11-story main tower, featuring 51,000-square-foot floor plate, and a three-story convention center.
