Just Salad, a New York City-based fast casual chain, is opening its fifth location in New Jersey.

Located at 370 Route 17 N., Suite. 3 in Paramus, the restaurant will be franchise-owned and is slated to debut during the second quarter of 2023, according to a company spokesperson.

Founded in 2006, Just Salad offers customizable salads, wraps, smoothies, soups and warm bowls. Menu highlights include seasonal options, “Iconic Salads” (crispy chicken poblano, Thai chicken crunch and Tokyo super greens) and its “Earthy Friendly” meals, which feature salads with low-carbon footprints.

Just Salad also has a reusable bowl program as part of the company’s climate initiatives, which gives customers the option to buy a reusable bowl for $1 and then receive a free salad topping with every reuse.

Elsewhere in New Jersey, Just Salad has shops in Hoboken, Jersey City, Pompton Plains and Totowa.
