Mike Mangione has been appointed vice president and retail sales and development officer at Kearny Bank in Fairfield.
In this role, Mangione will guide Kearny Bank’s locations in Morris, Middlesex, Somerset and Union counties to better understand client needs and preferences, and as they work to strengthen client relationships.
Mangione joins Kearny Bank from TD Bank in Morristown, where he was assistant vice president and branch manager. He previously held management positions at Citibank, Well Fargo and Chase Bank.
“Mike’s broad management background should suit him well in his new role,” says Heather Moskal, Kearny Bank senior vice president and retail banking leader. “Regarding sales and development considerations, he has a depth of professional experience that I anticipate will strongly support his responsibilities within his region.”
Moskal leads the bank’s retail sales and development team, which was established in 2019. As part of the team, Mangione works in parallel three other officers leading different territories: Richard Halter’s territory covers Monmouth and Ocean counties; LaToya Pryce is responsible for Essex and Hudson counties, portions of Passaic and Bergen counties, and also Brooklyn and Staten Island; and Kellee Sisto manages portions of Passaic and Bergen counties.
