Kelley Drye & Warren LLP has promoted Melissa Gelade and Glenn Graham to special counsel, and elected Brian Foley as partner, at its Parsippany office.
In her more than 15 years’ experience, Gelade has focused on real estate finance and commercial mortgage securitization, representing debt funds, investment banks, insurance companies and institutional lenders. She’s been at Kelley Drye as a senior real estate associate since February 2011.
Former Deputy Attorney General Graham has been at Kelley Drye for about three years, focusing his practice on all aspects of civil litigation. He’s worked on matters including consumer class action defense, commercial litigation and contract disputes, and law enforcement investigations involving consumer protection and data privacy. During his time at the OAG, he led the agency’s data privacy and cybersecurity efforts.
Foley worked at Kelley Drye for nearly a decade before spending time in-house at JPMorgan Chase Bank and returning to the firm in 2017. He counsels financial institutions in commercial real estate finance and commercial mortgage securitization and has represented investment banks, commercial banks, insurance companies, debt funds and other institutional lenders.
These are part of a group of four promotions and three partner hires nationwide at the New York-based firm.
