Kia Motors America to Move Regional Sales Office to East Brunswick

Kia Motors America, Inc., the sales, marketing and distribution arm of Korea’s Kia Motors Corporation, says it has plans to relocate its Northeast regional sales office to One Tower Center in East Brunswick, from 3000 Atrium Way in Mount Laurel by the end of the year.Kia Motors America, Inc., the sales, marketing and distribution arm of Korea’s Kia Motors Corporation, says it has plans to relocate its Northeast regional sales office to One Tower Center in East Brunswick, from 3000 Atrium Way in Mount Laurel by the end of the year.

Studley, the leasing agent for Kia, said that Kia Motors America, which is based in Irvine, Calif., has signed an 11,500-square-foot lease in the Class A building.

“The move to East Brunswick puts us closer to the critical New York metropolitan market while giving us easy access to Philadelphia, also an important market for Kia,” said Kia Motors’ Michael Tocci, director of regional operations for the Eastern region.

One Tower Center is a 23-story Class A office building within a mixed-use development that includes a second 23-story office tower, the 12-story Hilton East Brunswick hotel and conference center, and multi-level covered parking.
