Iselin-based Sitar Realty Company TCN Worldwide, a privately owned commercial real estate firm, announced Wednesday that it has completed a 10,000-square-foot build-to-suit project for KinderCare Learning Centers in Chatham.The new day care center will be situated at 45 Main St., the former location of the historic Parrott Mill Inn on the corner of Main Street and Parrott Mill Road.

As part of the development, Sitar Realty has preserved the Parrott Mill Inn originally built in 1780. 

KinderCare signed a long-term lease to operate the facility.  The new location will have capacity to watch over approximately 128 children and create approximately 20 child care provider jobs.
