Attorneys Henry Klingeman and Ernesto Cerimele joined Porzio, Bromberg & Newman as of counsel to the Morristown firm, effective Oct. 4.
Porzio and Klingeman Cerimele have a history of collaborating on client matters, and the new of counsel arrangement formalizes this relationship and allows both firms to expand the services they offer clients by leveraging attorneys from both offices.
The law firm of Klingeman Cerimele and its attorneys will maintain an independent practice when the firm joins Porzio’s Morristown office at 100 Southgate Parkway.
Our more formal relationship will yield benefits for Klingeman Cerimele, our clients, and our cases.
“Henry and I have had the opportunity to work together on various client matters many times,” said Vito Gagliardi Jr., managing principal of Porzio. “Henry’s unsurpassed reputation and ability to resolve challenges creates a winning combination that will augment and extend Porzio’s investigations, white-collar and securities litigation capabilities.”
“I have worked with Porzio lawyers for almost 20 years,” said Klingeman. “They are my professional peers and my friends. Our more formal relationship will yield benefits for Klingeman Cerimele, our clients, and our cases.”
“Our practice focuses on solving difficult, multi-dimensional problems for clients in distress, in criminal or civil or regulatory situations,” Cerimele said. “When we need reinforcements or special expertise, Porzio will be with us side-by-side.”
