Kushner Real Estate Group (KRE), on April 28 said it secured a long-term lease for 12,000 square feet of office space in Bridgewater with JAG-ONE Physical Therapy, which is relocating its corporate headquarters from Woodbridge.
The physical and occupational therapy company will occupy the entire second floor of the two-story commercial building.
Located at 981 Route 22, the asset is a class A office building with a modern, updated lobby and five parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of interior space. It is located at a four-way interchange on Route 22 near shopping, daycare, eateries, mass-transit, hotels and medical facilities, as well as the Bridgewater Commons mall. The building provides signage that faces Route 287 and monument signage on Route 22.

JAG-ONE also leases space next door at 991 Route 22 in Bridgewater and at Grove Pointe in Jersey City, both owned and managed by KRE.
