The AtlantiCare clinical business, based in Egg Harbor Township, serves its physician group and affiliated physicians and their patients across southern New Jersey. Financial terms of the deal, part of the two companies’ long-term strategic relationship, were not disclosed.
As part of the move, AtlantiCare patients will be able to access Labcorp’s services through the company’s network, including Labcorp at Walgreens. Many of AtlantiCare’s physician office phlebotomy sites and outpatient collection services will now be operated by Labcorp, the announcement stated.
