Apparel retailer Lands’ End will open its newest retail location at Mercer Mall in Lawrence Township on June 25.
The Lawrence Township location is one of six openings in 2020 across the country, including a recently opened store in Exton, Pa.
Two years ago, the Dodgeville, Wis.-based retailer pulled out of all Sears shops-in-shops, where it had a presence for years. It opened its first New Jersey location in Bridgewater in September 2018.
The Mercer Mall location’s June 25 opening will comply with state and local guidelines, implementing several health and safety measures including capacity limits, required face masks for employees and customers, floor markets encouraging social distancing, and temperature checks for employees upon arrival.
“Our top priority is always the health and safety of our customers, employees and communities,” said Claudia Mazo, Lands’ End’s senior vice president of retail, in a prepared statement. “We look forward to joining the Lawrence Township community to help local families shop for all of their warm weather essentials in a safe way.”
In addition to shopping the racks for apparel, accessories, and swimwear, customers can shop Lands’ End’s full collection through kiosks and a dedicated digital shopping area.
