Larken Associates’ 10-building, 198-unit project Autumn Ridge in Lopatcong is complete and fully occupied, the real estate developer announced on June 2.

Beginning construction in 2019, the luxury rental community has been the largest and most ambitious multifamily project completed by Larken to date.

Located at 1500 Hyde Blvd. just off of Route 57, Autumn Ridge is comprised of Autumn Ridge at Lopatcong, which includes 148 garden and garage-style units, and Horizons at Autumn Ridge, an age-restricted building with 50 units reserved for the 55-plus active adult community.

Through combining the affordability and accessibility of a suburban location in Warren County with a resort-like amenity package, flexible residential layouts and on-site property management, Larken Associates sought to forge a community that combines the best of suburban and urban living in one concept.

Featuring the same high-end finishes and in-unit amenities, Horizons at Autumn Ridge is a four-story, elevatored building with 50 modern one- and two-bedroom apartments.

The age-restricted building also boasts a heated private pool as well as a mailroom with a package concierge system, game area with card tables, reading nook, conference room, private gym, lounge with dry bar, and elevator lounges on each floor. Larken Associates also implemented WELLBEATS, a platform that offers streamable fitness classes that can be enjoyed on the active adult fitness center’s Smart TV or in residents’ homes via the WELLBEATS app.
