Larken Associates said Aug. 4 that it inked a lease with Morris Pediatric Care LLC for 1,377 square feet of medical office space at Parsippany Commons in Parsippany.
Located at 3219 Route 46 E., the Commons is a three-story building offering more than 54,000 square feet of medical, dental and professional office space.
Led by Dr. Aradhana Rajkmuar, Morris Pediatric Care LLC is one of New Jersey’s premier providers of pediatric care for infants, children and teenagers. With services including wellness checkups, health certifications and treatment of acute illnesses, Rajkumar’s practice is dedicated to providing excellent care and a personalized experience for all patients. The new space at Parsippany Commons will provide a convenient, modern home for the practice’s general medical offices.
Morris Pediatric Care LLC worked closely with Core Enterprises, Larken’s in-house design and construction team, to design and execute the build-out of its new office.

With units starting at 1,212 square feet, the property features a wide range of configurations and amenities that make it a highly flexible space able to cater to both medical and professional tenants.
Larken Associates completed a full exterior and interior renovation in 2019 that upgraded and modernized the lobbies and hallways, lighting, and added distinct atrium windows that span the entire façade of the building.
The building is conveniently located along Route 46 and is easily accessible from Routes 10, 46, 80 and 202, as well as Interstate 287.
