Larken helps speech therapy provider expand in Hillsborough

Larken Associates said Nov. 18 that it negotiated a lease to expand a tenant’s presence at the Amwell Mall.

Speech Therapy Solutions signed for 1,557 square feet at the two-story, 35,398-square-foot property located at 450 Amwell Road in Hillsborough.

Speech Therapy Solutions previously operated from a 1,047-square-foot space at the property, but needed a larger space to accommodate its ongoing growth, Larken said. The provider worked with Rob Marek, executive vice president of Larken’s in-house brokerage division Raider Realty, to negotiate the lease.
