Larken lease brings pet grooming salon to Lopatcong shopping center

A new service provider for your furry friend – who maybe could stand to be a little less furry – is taking up residence at Strykers Crossing Shopping Center in Warren County.

Larken Associates announced a retail lease with The Styling Pooch Pet Services & Supplies LLC for 1,199 square feet of space at the complex located at 201 Stryker Road, Lopatcong.

Elite Realtors of New Jersey represented the tenant in the transaction with Larken Associates, who was represented by Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Branchburg’s Larken Associates.

Strykers Crossing is a two-building neighborhood shopping center with 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space with proximity to major roadways including Routes 22 and 57, and Interstate 78. According to Larken, its tenants are varied and community-oriented.

The property is located adjacent to several others from Larken, including two residential communities – the 198-unit Autumn Ridge and the 414-unit Warren Heights – in addition to a two-building medical and day care complex with 12,904 square feet.

Strykers Crossing’s location – where The Styling Pooch will establish a spa-like salon for pets – stood out to the tenant as a match due to its visibility and access to a range of surrounding residential communitys, Larken said.
