Larken-negotiated lease adds tenant to Hillsborough flexible workspace

Larken Associates launched its Suite Life platform in 2015. Now, the offering boasts four locations — and more than 18,778 square feet — across the state, including at its fully furnished Suite Life at Amwell Mall.

The commercial real estate firm announced March 16 it negotiated a lease with NJ Real Estate Boutique for 4,246 square feet at the Hillsborough outpost located at 450 Amwell Road.

Larken said the new tenant exemplifies the kind of companies occupying space across its Suite Life locations. The small, client-facing business needs to quickly secure a modern and flexible office space, according to Larken, at an affordable cost. The Suite Life at Amwell Mall allows NJ Real Estate Boutique to efficiently establish itself in the market without sacrificing features.

“If the pandemic has taught office owners one lesson, it is that flexibility must be top of mind in every stage of the space design and transaction process,” said Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates. “The success we have seen across our Suite Life properties exemplifies the premium increasingly being placed by small businesses on spaces that promise increased flexibility to their needs today and in the future.”

Offering short-term and month-to-month leases, spaces at the Suite Life range from 100 square feet to 800 square feet, and include high-speed internet access, keyless entry systems and fully equipped shared conference facilities.

Larken’s three additional Suite Life locations are: Suite Life at Parsippany Commons at 3219 Route 46 E. in Parsippany, Branchburg Executive Suites at 3322 Route 22 W. in Branchburg, and Amwell Executive Suites at 390 Amwell Road in Hillsborough.
