Spanning five buildings, Kingsbridge Center provides tenants and shoppers with ample parking with 250 on-site spaces and offers tenants built-to-suit spaces designed to accommodate specific and individual needs.
Max and Mia’s is one of New Jersey’s privatively owned consignment stores. Founder Brett Cooper created it to streamline the consignment process through innovative tech-driven concepts such as the store’s proprietary portal that grants sellers the ability to track account balances online. A former tenant of the Shoppes and Offices at Woods Tavern, another Larken-owned office and retail strip center consisting of 31,299 square feet in Hillsborough, Max and Mia’s needed additional space to accommodate continued growth. Based on their experience with Larken at the Shoppes and Offices at Woods Tavern, Max and Mia’s recognized that Kingsbridge Center would is an ideal new home for the store.
“We are continuing to see strong leasing activity in retail buildings that are both well-located and highly adaptable to a variety of uses,” said Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates. “Our in-demand properties are paired with our focus on superior tenant service to ensure we can build lasting relationships with tenants like Max and Mia’s. We look forward to seeing their new space come to life.”
