Larken welcomes ice cream parlor in Hillsborough

Larken Associates said April 15 it negotiated an 843-square-foot lease with The Ice House at Kingsbridge Center located at 378 S. Branch Road in Hillsborough.

Having recently opened its doors to the Hillsborough community, The Ice House is an ice cream parlor with more than 30 ice cream, yogurt and sorbet flavors, vegan options, and eco-friendly packaging.

The Ice House recognized that the central location, accessibility and its proximity to local schools and sports fields made Kingsbridge Center the ideal place to start its business and serve the surrounding community a variety of sweet treats with something for everyone to enjoy.

Located in the heart of Hillsborough’s residential district, Kingsbridge Center is home to a diverse array of retail, medical and professional tenants that cater to the local community’s needs including restaurants, doctors, a daycare center and convenience store. Kingsbridge Center is easily accessible from Route 206 and is just a short distance to Interstate 287 and Downtown Princeton. The five-building center provides ample parking with 250 spaces on-site and offers build-to-suit spaces to fit tenants’ individualized needs.
