Law firm Milber Makris Plousadis & Seiden LLP (MMP&S) is opening an office at 75 Livingston Ave. in Roseland, according to a Sept. 7 announcement by Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Barbara Gross, who negotiated the transaction.
This will be the firm’s sixth office branch.
“My client had only six weeks to relocate its Jersey City office, so we immediately focused on the Route 280 corridor,” explained Gross in a prepared statement. “It’s known for its corporate parks, as well as for having a large number of law firms.”
The space required only a modest amount of work, which was important given the very short timeframe.
In the transaction, Bergman Real Estate, the property owner, was represented by John Osborne, executive director, leasing for Sheldon Gross Realty.
The location at 75 Livingston Ave. offers tenants easy access to Manhattan and clients throughout the New Jersey/New York area. It also features a corporate café and fitness center.
Harry Makris, managing partner of MMP&S, added, “Barbara’s knowledge of the market helped us quickly focus on several options to meet this challenging timetable. She provided extraordinary service, quickly finding spaces reflecting our requirements, and negotiated terms that addressed our budgetary objectives.”
