Lawrenceville firm combines with Prager Metis in NJ

An international accounting and advisory firm is expanding its Garden State footprint.
On Thursday, Prager Metis announced Lawrenceville-based William J. Keephart CPA PA will combine with the firm.
At present, the office is working remotely, and will continue to do-so. Eventually, the team will become part of Prager Metis’ Cranbury office.
William J. Keephart CPA PA specializes in small to medium-sized businesses and individuals, Prager Metis said.
“We welcome their addition,” National Managing Partner Lori Roth said in a prepared statement. “Their entrepreneurial culture and dedication to exceptional client service mirror our own. We are excited that this merger enables us to continue to provide excellent, personalized service to diverse businesses and individuals throughout New Jersey.”
According to the firm’s website, William J. Keephart CPA PA has four CPAs: Principal William Keephart, Senior Staff Accountant Michael Corish, Tax Manager J. William Nichols, and Senior Staff Accountant Joseph Barelkowski.
