Leasing is booming at five-story residential building in downtown Rahway

Rahway’s downtown residential scene is expanding, with leasing now underway for 219 apartments with a full suite of amenities situated just blocks from express New Jersey Transit train service into Manhattan and beyond.

REVA, the five-story building developed by AST Development and Sterling Properties at 1245 Main St., has quickly caught the attention of the renting public. The developers are reporting that more than 70 of its upscale homes leased in the first two months of availability.

Designed by the award-winning combination of Minno & Wasko Architects and interior design by Mary Cook Associates, the apartments at REVA range from 483 to 1,458 square feet of living space and boast designer interior finishes and appointments, including 9-foot ceilings, LED lighting, quartz countertops, contemporary kitchens, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, luxury flooring and smart-enabled residences.
