Lee & Associates New Jersey said Oct. 16 it arranged a six-year, 57,150-square-foot industrial lease in Moonachie for CDL Last Mile Solutions—a leader in last-mile distribution from the Northeast to the Mid-Atlantic.
Lee & Associates Senior Vice President Michael Schaible and Assistant Vice President Troy Wisse represented the landlord, Prologis, in the transaction. CDL Last Mile Solutions was represented by Team Resources of Lyndhurst.
Located at 230 Moonachie Ave., CDL Last Mile Solutions is currently slated to move into the newly renovated space on Dec. 1, 2020.

This deal marks a relocation for CDL Last Mile Solutions, which quickly outgrew its space in the Meadowlands and was seeking to expand operations. Prior to CDL Last Mile Solutions occupancy, Prologis completed extensive improvements, such as painting the interior and exterior of the property, installing new LED lighting and loading dock packages, building out new office space, paving the lot, and planting new landscaping.
The facility offers 20-foot clear ceiling heights, 10 loading dock high-doors, one drive-in door, a wet sprinkler system, and 1,200-amp electric service.
The remaining available space at the facility includes 5,148 square feet of office space and 1,454 square feet of additional mezzanine space.
The property is located minutes from New York City, with easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike; Interstate 80; and Routes 3, 4, 17, 46, and 120. It is also in close proximity to Teterboro airport; the Ports of New Jersey, New York; and Newark Liberty International Airport.
