Lee & Associates NJ: Morris County warehouse/flex space sells for $3.4M

A warehouse and flex building in Morris County measuring 21,725 square feet has been sold.
On Dec. 15, Lee & Associates New Jersey announced it arranged the sale of 26 Eastmans Road in Hanover.
According to the full-service commercial real estate company the deal amounted to $3.4 million.
A team led by Principal Jason Lynch and Senior Vice President Peter Rasmusson represented Twenty-Six Eastmans Road LLC, the seller. The buyer, Farrell Contracting Solutions LLC, was represented by Team Resources Vice President David Knapel.
The property is near Interstate 287 and Routes 10 and 46.
“We are thrilled to announce the completion of this transaction,” said Rasmusson. “The fully air-conditioned warehouse is located on over 2 acres and includes an additional mezzanine storage area. Additionally, the building will offer the tenant multiple uses and options as a flex building.”
