Home goods department store Everyday Savings is set to open the doors on a new location in December.
That’s according to Lee & Associates NYC, which announced Thursday that it represented Everyday Savings on a 12,976-square-foot sublease in Union City.
Everyday Savings will occupy the former Rite Aid space at 3100 Bergenline Ave.
Lee & Associates NYC’s Steve Lorenzo represented the tenant. Walgreens, the sublandlord, was represented by JLL’s Michael Riley and Bennet Realty’s Tyler Bennet.
The property sits in a retail corridor near Highway 495. According to Lorenzo, the corner location of the property offers easy access–as does its onsite parking, which he described as a major advantage for the “commuter-friendly” area.
Noting its exterior architecture and interior character, Lee & Associates NYC said that 3100 Bergenline Ave. housed a Hudson Trust Company Bank before its time as a Rite Aid.
