A full-service men’s grooming salon has leased space at The Hills Village Center in Bedminster, according to North Plainfield-based Levin Management, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 110,000-square-foot shopping center.
California-based 18/8 Fine Men’s Salon leased 2,300 square feet at the center, planting the chain’s second New Jersey location and its first in Somerset County.
Marcia Minton represented the salon in the transaction and Alison Cohen of BKR Retail was the tenant broker.
“18/8 Fine Men’s Salons sought a heavily trafficked, highly visible shopping center in an affluent location to accommodate its expansion into the Garden State,” Minton said in a prepared statement. “The Hills Village Center provides a perfect fit. 18/8 Fine Men’s Salons upscale yet moderately priced services are geared exclusively towards helping men look and feel their best. We are excited to bring 18/8’s unique concept to those who live and work in the Bedminster community this summer.”
Other tenants at the center include: Starbucks, Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Great Clips, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Cold Stone Creamery, Panchero’s, GNC, Subway, among others.
