“I look forward to continuing my established relationships within the retail and brokerage communities and building new connections as we navigate through the new realities facing our industry,” Singer said in a prepared statement.
During his tenure with LMC, Singer has arranged leases with national tenants such as Panera Bread, Smoothie King, Great Clips, Teriyaki Madness, and others.
He has also played a leading role in strategically re-tenanting properties. Recently, this includes arranging approximately 12,000 square feet of transactions at Morrell Plaza in Philadelphia, including commitments by Wingstop, Freedom Credit Union, Northeast Cycle, Kids Kingdom Playhouse and Charlie’s Original Pizza, all of which have bolstered that center’s leading position in its marketplace.
Singer has more than 14 years of retail real estate industry experience in both leasing and property management operations. Prior to joining LMC, he was a commercial leasing manager at Edgewood Properties Inc./M&M Realty Partners in Piscataway. Singer also previously owned a successful retail business, which he grew to 15 locations, providing him with a distinctive perspective when it comes to understanding tenant needs and helping both new and expanding retailers navigate the leasing process.
Singer is a licensed real estate salesperson in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and holds membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
