Life Time Bridgewater is set to open on July 15, marking the brand’s first location in Somerset County, and the sixth in the state.
The “Healthy Way of Life” company will employ more than 400 people at the fitness destination in full-time, part-time and seasonal positions—more than any of the brand’s clubs at grand opening.
Life Time Bridgewater occupies a 130,000-square-foot building and 40,000 square feet of outdoor space at the Somerset Corporate Center. Amenities include dedicated studies for group fitness, and personal and small group training; The Zone, a space for athletic performance and recovery; two full-sized basketball courts; indoor and outdoor aquatic centers, featuring both leisure and lap pools, resort-style seating and a café; the Kids Academy, dedicated to children 3 months to 11 years old; and LifeSpa, a full-service salon and spa.
“Life Time is passionate about inspiring others to live well-rounded, happy, healthy lives and with our diverse offerings for our littlest members to most seasoned adults, we can’t wait to see the impact we’ll have on creating a healthier community,” Ashley Sikora, general manager at Life Time Bridgewater, said in a statement.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at Life Time Bridgewater at 145 Commons way on July 11. The club will open to Founding Members on July 12, before opening to the public on July 15.
Life Time has additional New Jersey locations in Montvale, Berkeley Heights, Florham Park, Mount Laurel and Princeton.
