Life Time bringing Work to Bridgewater: coworking space set for 2020

When Life Time Bridgewater opened its doors over the summer, the lifestyle brand’s Somerset County location boasted the most employees – more than 400 – of any of the its clubs at a grand opening.

Now, the state’s sixth Life Time location is gearing up to launch another first in the Garden State: Life Time Work, a 31,000-square-foot, “high-end” shared workspace coming in spring 2020.

Located adjacent to the athletic component at 100 Somerset Corporate Blvd. and featuring private office and open-plan workspaces, Life Time Bridgewater will be the fourth of its kind in the U.S., though the brand said it has plans for more.

Life Time Work Bridgewater will feature more than 50 offices, in addition to other private rooms – like state-of-the-art conference rooms and private phone booths – and open workspaces. Three membership options will be available: office resident, open resident and lounge.

The location will offer events and special speakers; fresh coffee and healthy food options; access to all Life Time athletic and Work locations; and a premium turnkey, month-to-month membership featuring unlimited WiFi, Herman Miller furniture, printing, copying, scanning and shredding services.

In addition to the workspace, professionals are granted Diamond all-access Life Time club membership.

Life Time Work Bridgewater is the second of three openings planned for New Jersey over a two-year span, the company said. A club is set to open in Middletown in late 2021.

Life Time Work also operates locations in Houston, Ardmore, Pa., and St. Louis Park, Minn.; It plans to open locations in Edina, Minn., Coral Gables, Fla., and Dallas.
