As part of the deal, members of Forrester’s Ultimate Consumer Panel business will continue to manage the unit’s operations.Lightspeed Research in Basking Ridge will acquire the Ultimate Consumer Panel business of Forrester Research (Nasdaq: FORR) of Cambridge, Mass. Financial terms of the deal were undisclosed. As part of the deal, members of Forrester’s Ultimate Consumer Panel business will continue to manage the unit’s operations. Lightspeed Research provides market research solutions through online panels in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Shares of FORR rose one cent to $27.29 this morning.
