HFF represented the seller at One Gatehall Drive, a 114,000-square-foot property on Route 202, that was acquired by Lincoln Property Co.

“This sale further exemplifies the demand for well-located, value-add office buildings in northern New Jersey, where the buyer can continue to improve the property,” HFF Senior Managing Director Jose Cruz said. He worked on the deal alongside Managing Director Kevin O’Hearn and directors Stephen Simonelli and Michael Oliver.

HFF did not disclose the price or identify the seller. One Gatehall Drive is 63 percent leased.
