The award-winning condominium development currently under construction is comprised of two eight-story towers featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls and full-floor layouts. Residents have easy access to the beach, a saltwater infinity-edge pool, and sun deck with outdoor BBQ grills, a private dining room with personal wine storage as well as private and semi-private elevators.
“With increased sales activity over the summer season, it was critical we brought in the right team to supplement our efforts to best serve the demand for South Beach,” said Mimi Feliciano, CEO of FEM Real Estate.
The brokerage firm has brought in a new on-site sales team who will work alongside Deborah James, sales director for FEM South Beach. Additionally, the sales team will be relying on a proprietary app launched last year known as Curate by Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, LLC to help clients visualize the residences at South Beach before purchase.
“We’re planning on putting an innovative spin on sales and marketing efforts,” said Mary Burke, CEO, owner and president of Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty in Monmouth County.
