The firm also elevated 14 associates to counsel: Arielle Adler, Madhumita Datta, Samantha Fox, Allison Gabala, Nicholas Jackson, Marc Lomasky, Sam Noel, Michael Papandrea, Daniel Porco, Rebecca Ryan, Gina Seong, Nicole Stefanelli, Jacob Unger and Kaileigh Wright. Keara Waldron, Irina Ishak and
Nathan Greene have been named senior counsel.

The new partners are across several groups. Anderson is a member of the firm’s white collar criminal defense group, Basmagian is a member of the firm’s capital markets and securities practice, Brannan is a member of the firm’s investment management team, Frederick and Hintz are members of the firm’s tech group, Monson is a member of the firm’s employee benefits and executive compensation group, and Samedi is a member of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions group.
