LW Supply renews, expands in South Hackensack

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced Wednesday that in addition to renewing its current lease for 32,000 square feet, L&W has signed on for a new lease at 25 Empire Blvd. for an additional 32,042 square feet.

According to Alfred Sanzari, the industrial properties sit adjacent to each other.

Andrew Somple, Chris Todd, Mike Walters and Fernando Garip of NAI James E. Hanson worked with Jerry Barta, vice president and director of leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari, on the transaction. Eric Lewin, senior executive vice president at Team Resources, represented L&W.

L&W is a distributor of construction supplies and building materials with more than 150 distribution centers throughout the United States.
