Mack-Cali Realty Corp. announced today it leased more than 1.2 million square feet of space during the third quarter, with 782,864 of that space in northern and central New Jersey.
Among the properties the company leased are 20,635 square feet in Jersey City and 15,523 square-feet in Woodcliff Lake to HG Global Workplaces, 27,496 square feet in Morris Township to Capsugel Inc., 23,989 square feet in Florham Park to Untracht Early Management, 21,479 square feet in Bridgewater to Intersil Corp., 17,776 square feet in Clark to NB Ventures Inc., and 15,219 square feet in Paramus to AmeriCredit Financial Services.
During the quarter, the Edison-based real estate investment trust also announced it would develop a 203,000-square-foot office building for Wyndham Worldwide Corp., enabling the hospitality company to consolidate its work force at a single location in Parsippany.
Mack-Cali owns or has interests in 278 properties, primarily office buildings in the Northeast, totaling about 32.4 million square feet and accommodating more than 2,000 tenants.
