Maffey makes history as youngest partner at Lee & Associates NJ

Lee & Associates New Jersey added a new partner to its team—the youngest in the firm’s history to be elevated to the position.

A regional industrial advisor, Drew Maffey will continue to serve clients in the sector and to assist tenants and landlords with purchases, sales and leasing, Lee & Associates said on Nov. 19 in an announcement about his promotion.

The commercial real estate services firm has three locations in the state and Maffey is based in the Elmwood Park office; the other two are in Edison and Cedar Knolls. He joined Lee & Associates New Jersey in 2017 as a real estate associate in the industrial market for Union and Middlesex counties. He became assistant vice president in fall 2019.

According to the firm, in addition to being a top producer, Maffey also serves as mentor to younger brokers in the organization.

“Drew’s motivation, persistence and drive continues to inspire our team and has earned him this promotion,” said Principal Jason Lynch. “It is an honor to name Drew to be the youngest broker promoted to partner and we look forward to watching him grow as a major influencer in our region and thought leader across the industrial industry.”
