“This lease signing is particularly gratifying because it demonstrates our commitment to building long-term relationships with high-caliber companies, and reinforces the Norwood portfolio’s standing as a premier industrial environment in Bergen County,” Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises vice-president/director of leasing and marketing, said in a statement. “We look forward to serving Dimensional Communications’ real estate needs for the foreseeable future.”
The lease was negotiated by NAI James E. Hanson on behalf of Hackensack-based Sanzari.
