Insurance technology cloud software company Majesco on Monday named Wayne Locke chief financial officer.
Locke’s appointment is effective April 8, the Morristown-based company said. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Adam Elster, and oversee all operational, commercial, financial and investor relations for Majesco.
Locke joins from Capgemini, where he was responsible for financial and operational consulting services for insurance organizations. According to Majesco, he has more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations.
Prior to Capgemini, Locke was president at WEL Consulting LLC and provided interim and acting CFO support for several growing companies.
“I couldn’t imagine a more exciting time to join Majesco,” Locke said in a prepared statement. “Their vision for the future of the company and the future of insurance truly impressed me. I look forward to joining the team and leveraging my experience to build on their impressive performance and growth.”
With the appointment of Locke, Majesco said that Farid Kazani will continue to lead the company’s Group Finance Function as managing director and group CFO.
