Mandelbaum Salsburg elevates three to shareholder

Mandelbaum Salsburg in Roseland elevated Damian Conforti, Raj Gadhok and Barry Schwartz to shareholder.

Conforti is a member and co-chair of the firm’s government enforcement and white collar crimes practice group. He defends individuals and businesses from governmental investigations, complex civil and criminal charges brought by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, States Attorneys General, District Attorneys, and regulatory and licensing boards such as the Board of Medical Examiners, the Financial Regulatory Authority, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

Gadhok, the firm’s litigation department practice group leader, focuses on civil litigation, handling complex business disputes, employment discrimination, whistleblower and wrongful termination cases, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases, contested estate matters and other high conflict litigation.

Schwartz, a member of the corporate practice group, represents clients from start-ups to publicly traded companies in corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset-based lending and debt and equity financing. He also represents physicians, dentists, veterinarians and consolidators in the sale and acquisition of professional practices.
