The 50th transaction under the leadership of Chairman Robert Tillis and CEO Jason Tillis closely follows the 49th, which was announced May 16.

The aerospace and defense supplier has operated solely out of its Montville location for more than 70 years; now it will use freed-up space there to expand its production capacity, development labs and testing facilities.

The addition marks the 49th under the Tillis leadership team for the Jersey City-based company.

The action was spurred by alerts from consumers about the potential presence of a very thin metal strand embedded in the candies or loose in their bags.

The launch serves as the rebranding of the East Windsor company’s Greenland Machinery division, which produces all-electric, industrial-size front loaders, excavators and other equipment.

The Eatontown company reported that some 750 mL bottles of its Blanco, Reposado and Añejo offerings produced between March 8 and March 27 may have the potential to develop small imperfections on the outside of the bottle, making them more likely to break.

The new hire brings years of marketing experience to the Paramus-based watch designer, including leadership positions at luxury brands such as Pomellato at the Kering Group, Bulgari and Veuve Clicquot.

Muvez, founded by brothers Ryan and Eric Cruz, was one of only 10 winners of the contest that received nearly 18,000 entries from small businesses across the U.S.

The Minuteman Press franchise in Westfield has been operated by Jim Mooney and his son, Seamus, since July 2018.

Upon completion, the site will inspire the next generation of new products from the company, which has its U.S. headquarters in Hackettstown, to support brands such as M&M's, Snickers and Twix.
