Marco purchases Somerset’s Image Systems for Business

Listen to this articleSomerset-based Image Systems for Business Inc., a copier and printer company, was acquired by Marco of St. Cloud, Minn. the company said Tuesday.
Marco’s sales and service team will serve and support clients from Image Systems’ current location in Somerset.
Marco expanded its presence to the East Coast in November of 2018 with its purchase of Phillips Office Solutions in Pennsylvania. The company currently has seven locations throughout Pennsylvania and two locations in Maryland.
“We are always looking for good opportunities to expand in our current markets,” said Marco Chief Executive Officer Jeff Gau. “Marco’s move into New Jersey allows our company to grow its Eastern region and provide our well-established IT expertise and solutions to our new clients.”
Marco is a leading technology services provider with 59 locations throughout the United States. The company has acquired 11 companies in the past two years, has more than 1,400 employees and serves 36,000 clients around the country.
