Marcus & Millichap announced Wednesday the $3.13 million sale of Riverview Lofts, an apartment property in North Bergen, according to Brian C. David E. Thurston, first vice president of investments, and Charles Loccisano, associate, in the firm’s New Jersey office, secured and represented the seller of the 8-unit property, a limited liability company, as well as the buyer.
“The seller and buyer, alongside their attorneys, worked diligently to sort through the issues that they encountered throughout the due diligence process. They ultimately reached a successful closing despite the challenges, Thurston said in a statement.
“A newly constructed building at full occupancy definitely contributed to closing the deal in a timely fashion,” Loccisano said in a statement.
The complex is located at 8917 Old River Road.
