Marcus Millichap sells Pompton Lakes property in 6M deal

Real estate investment services firm Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, of Elmwood Park, announced Tuesday the sale of three properties, including a mixed-use property in Pompton Lakes.226-247 Wanaque Ave., four mixed-use assets, sold for $6 million to Ocean Lake Realty LLC, a New Jersey-based investor, according to the announcement. The company said the Pompton Lakes properties are fully leased.
