Markeim Chalmers Inc. said it successfully negotiated two office leases in Cherry Hill Plaza in Cherry Hill.
Markeim Chalmers Senior Vice President Kevin Burns represented the landlord, CHP Associates LLC, in the negotiation of two long-term leases at the plaza, located at 1415 Route 70 E.
Headquartered in Virginia, Fairway Asset Corp. relocated its local office, taking 1,150 square feet of Class A space, while Grimley Financial, a local medical collection firm previously located in Haddonfield, leased a 3,600-square-foot suite.
Both companies selected Cherry Hill Plaza for its prime location with easy access to Interstate-295, the New Jersey Turnpike and area bridges to Philadelphia.
The landlord, CHP Associates, noted that with these two secured leases, the five-story office building is 98 percent occupied with only one 2,000-square-foot suite vacant at this time.
