The combination has prompted an expansion to the company’s Red Bank offices, including new creative space and an in-house studio—and to its staff. Splendor said the 12-person agency has brought on senior project managers, graphic designers and web developers over the past 18 months.
Chris Brignola and Jay Sharfstein of Filter – the pair founded the company in 2005 – have joined Splendor, the company said. Filter has worked on national campaigns for entertainment brands including USA Network, Food Network, A&E, ABC/Disney and others.
Splendor was founded in 1999. The company specializes in strategy, brand development, digital and web design, social media, video and content creation and more. Its recent work includes increasing exposure for Onyx Equities by 20 percent and bringing SJP Properties’ Project Management sector to market.
In addition to real estate, Splendor also serves the health care, professional services, wine and spirits, retail, higher education and home improvement industries.
“We’re excited about our merger with Filter, which widens Splendor’s capabilities and brings additional industry experts to our staff,” said Adam Taylor, owner and chief executive officer of Splendor, in a prepared statement. “The merger complements our overall growth – as we’ve bolstered our staff, increased our client roster and drilled down on the creative elements of web design and branding.”
