Marlin Business Services names SVP

Dan Castellini will now oversee companywide product management for the Mount Laurel-based company, it said in a news release. He will continue to lead the data analytics team, as well.

“During Dan’s 13 years with Marlin, he has had a significant impact on the company’s success,” Lou Maslowe, chief credit officer, said in a prepared statement. “In recent years, he has led a data analytics team that has developed and implemented proprietary credit scorecards with auto-decision technology, significantly improving efficiency and application turnaround times. …

“With Dan’s combination of technical skills and product development experience, he is uniquely qualified to lead Marlin’s analytics and product management functions.”

Castellini started his Marlin career in 2004, most recently becoming first vice president in 2016.
