A new tenant is heading to 99 Murray Hill Parkway in East Rutherford.
On Oct. 27, NAI James E. Hanson said it negotiated a lease with Marmiro Stones for 24,057 square feet of industrial space in the Meadlowlands, with Kenneth Lundberg, Steve Pastor, Patrick Lennon and Lorenzo Lambiase representing the landlord, 99 Murray Hill Parkway Inc.
Just south of MetLife Stadium, the 8.4-acre industrial property boasts 142,624 square feet with access to the New Jersey Turnpike; New York City via the George Washington Bridge; and Routes 3, 17 and 120.
“The competition within the Meadowlands market remains at an all-time high,” Lundberg said in a statement. “With such little new development in the area, high-quality industrial spaces like 99 Murray Hill Parkway stand out to a wide range of businesses.”
Founded in 1959, Marmiro Stones offers a variety of commercial and residential products with stones sourced from its family-owned quarries in Turkey.
According to NAI Hanson, the East Rutherford facility will support Marmior’s global distribution and warehousing. The company’s property features two tailgates, four drive-ins, 28-foot ceilings and 935 square feet of office space.
