Martha Stewart will be returning to New Jersey to open the first Stew Leonard’s supermarket chain in the Garden State.
A New Jersey homecoming reception will be also held for Martha Stewart, with the naming of a live Jersey Cow in her honor. Stewart, who was born and raised in Nutley, is being inducted into the New Jersey Hall of Fame later this month.
The event will take place on Monday, Sept. 16, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. in the Stew Leonard’s located at the Paramus Park Mall.
Stew Leonard Jr. will join City of Paramus Mayor Richard LaBarbiera along with local officials in hosting a celebration for the first Stew Leonard’s farm fresh store to open in the State of New Jersey.
Stew Leonard’s will be bringing over 350 jobs to the 80,000 square-foot location at the Paramus Park Mall, that was once a celery farm.
