With a career spanning more than 25 years, Mason was most recently an executive vice president at JLL, based in the firm’s Parsippany office, specializing in agency representation. There, NAI Hanson said, she oversaw leasing for some of the largest office portfolios in New Jersey and executed marketing and leasing campaigns to consistently drive high occupancy from many premier corporate tenants in the region.
She has represented both private owners and developers, in addition to institutional investors, throughout her career. Beyond her expertise in marketing and lease negotiations, NAI Hanson highlighted Mason’s background in tenant construction and property management.
Prior to JLL, Mason was leasing director for CBRE, held positions as a portfolio manager with Lincoln Property Co., served as assistant vice president at Aegon USA, and was a leasing representative and property manager at Troast Group.
“The unprecedented conditions of New Jersey’s commercial office market are more competitive than ever, and NAI James E. Hanson stands in a league of their own when it comes to local market expertise and global resources that can assist clients with making informed and educated real estate decisions,” Mason said in a statement. “I look forward to working closely with their exceptional team of professionals to add to that expertise as we strive to help our clients capitalize on opportunities in the market.”
